The lessons start with an active recap of the previous lesson. You then set your goals for what you want to achieve from the lesson. The next 115 minutes are spent driving and achieving those goals. We only stop if your instructor needs to explain something or you need to clarify a point. At the end of the lesson your instructor will talk to you about your successes and the focus for the next lesson. Then issue you with free handouts on the subjects covered.
